Job Description
Sapphire Windows Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Temporary Admin Assistant to support our purchasing department. The role involves:
- Assisting with documentation of purchases and reports showing ordering trends.
- Updating reports and supporting the coordination of shipments.
- Communicating with the Operations and Sales teams to identify discrepancies in deliveries.
- Maintaining organized records for easy retrieval.
- Supporting any purchasing-related administrative tasks and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 4 months
Pay: $1,500.00 – $2,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘N’ Level (Preferred)
Work Location: In-person
Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024
