Job Description
ALPHAEUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Desk Lead to join our team. As a Service Desk Lead, you will lead and manage a team of Service Desk technicians, overseeing daily operations, including ticket management and performance monitoring. Your role will involve collaborating with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues while developing effective procedures for efficient problem resolution.
Qualifications include a minimum of NITEC in any discipline and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role. Ability to thrive in a healthcare environment is essential.
