Job Description
Responsible for handling the freight bookings, documentation, and coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer shipment requirements and delivering excellent services.
- Ensuring that budgets for Sales, Agency Traffics are achieved.
- Ensuring the team adheres to proper work procedures and company regulations.
- Ensuring all relevant sales tools and information are kept up-to-date.
- Identifying and sourcing new areas of business, organizing sales strategies to enlarge traffic.
- Debt Collection – collecting outstanding debt and providing feedback on any disputes/problems to Freight.
- General – other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Prerequisites:
- Diploma and above
- At least 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding documentation and coordination.
- Ability to work within tight timelines.
