Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope):
- Coordinate with various government/utility agency for initial site clearance.
- Coordinate design and construction matters (Civil, Architectural and M&E) with consultants and specialist subcontractors, and submissions to obtain approval of design submissions.
- Review design submissions to ensure they comply with design codes and contractual requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities.
- Chair meetings and lead coordination with SWC contractors.
REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience):
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a recognized Engineering Degree, and at least 5 years of experience in managing Civil & Structure, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services works in MRT projects.
- Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of MRT/tunneling projects and have a full understanding of the design and approval process as well as TFP/TOP process.
- Familiar with coordination with government and utility agencies, civil, structural, architectural and SWCs, project coordination/interface relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M.
- Mentor and provide support to SPRO in dealing with stakeholders.
- Able to start on short notice.
