Job Description
Are you a meticulous and analytical individual with a passion for understanding and improving business processes? We are currently seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Staff Business Systems Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and evaluating complex business requirements, designing efficient systems and processes, and providing recommendations for enhancements.
You will collaborate closely with various teams, including stakeholders, developers, and IT professionals, to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. Your strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in identifying and addressing system issues and finding innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate system capabilities and develop functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions
- Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
