Job Description
Working Days: 5 days
Location: Tuas
Benefits: Performance Bonus, Medical Claim, Annual Salary Increment, etc.
Job Scope:
- Coordinate collection of completed jobs and generate necessary shipping documents.
- Verify packing lists, follow up on logistics and finance, and handle customs for incoming deliveries.
- Supervise shipping items for overseas suppliers and collaborate with packing teams.
- Manage materials and suppliers, ensuring compliance and improving supply chain strategies.
- Coordinate truck transportation and driver logistics.
- Engage in TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and company social activities.
- Handle reports, transaction entries, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Requirements: At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
