Job Description:

• Create, delete, reset, and suspend user IDs on operating systems and applications.
• Ensure compliance with workplace security protocols.
• Provide daily reporting and update documentation.
• Participate in IT audits and achieve SAT ratings.
• Deliver level 1 support and troubleshooting.
• Handle inquiries and manage pin mailers.
• Coordinate labeling and ID revalidation.
• Escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/NITEC or equivalent in a Technical discipline.
• 1-3 years in user support and helpdesk.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
