Job Description
- Perform equipment on-site installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing
- Perform equipment continuous improvement programmes, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairing works
- Serves as the company contact point with the customer on technical matters
- Attends to customer complaints and provides timely solutions
- Other ad hoc duties
