Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Events Coordinator to join DEKKO TENTAGE PTE. LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing event logistics, handling administrative duties, liaising with clients and suppliers, and providing excellent customer service support. Your tasks will include preparing and filing quotations and invoices, managing budgets, assisting with event setup, and resolving any issues related to event agendas.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the events industry, be bilingual, tech-savvy, and possess strong work ethics. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
