Job Description
YUKIN PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated part-time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role involves working 3-5 half days (Monday to Friday) from 1.30pm to 6.00pm, with flexibility in days and timings. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders via phone, processing fax and email orders, serving Mandarin-speaking clients, and handling general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills. Our office is conveniently located just 3 minutes from Kaki Bukit MRT Station. Singaporeans and those not requiring work passes are preferred.
