Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaising with related counterparties after trade executions
- Contract issuance and post-fixtures operations
- Ensuring timely receipt of L/Cs from customers and issuance to sellers
- Preparing full sets of shipping documentation and negotiation of L/Cs
- Ensuring invoicing, payments, and receipts are arranged in a timely manner
- Maintaining and managing operations records, files, and databases
- Handling vessel operations for the transactions
Requirements
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to multi-task and be a team player
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of UCP rules and L/Cs
- Candidates with experience handling Iron Ore or Petrochemical products will have an added advantage
