Responsibilities

• Manage project planning for smooth execution and completion.
• Supervise site works.
• Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Review design, construction, and shop drawings.
• Prepare meeting minutes, RFIs, material submissions, and reports.
• Ensure site safety compliance.
• Adhere to Company’s management system procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in construction.
• Completion of Construction Safety Course for Project Managers.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Basic AutoCAD.
• Only Singaporean candidates will be considered.
