Job Summary: Join the YMCA of Singapore as the lead HR business partner for a key business unit. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, retention, and employee relations, while supporting operational duties within the HR department.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with management to provide HR support, develop recruitment strategies, implement training plans, address employee issues, and participate in department initiatives.

Job Requirements: A recognized degree in any discipline (HR qualification preferred), minimum 3 years of HR experience, knowledge of employment legislation, and strong analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: $3,00.00 – $3,800.00 per month | Work Location: In person
