Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to provide support to our Heads of Departments and Directors. Your role will involve administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, and correspondence drafting.
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support and ensure effective meeting organization, including minute-taking.
- Draft correspondences, manage confidential matters, and maintain an efficient filing system.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
