Job Description
We are currently hiring an Analyst Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As an Analyst Service Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving IT-related issues for our clients.
Your main tasks will include receiving, analyzing, and categorizing incoming help desk requests, providing timely responses and solutions, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. Additionally, you will maintain documentation of support activities, ensure service level agreements are met, and contribute to improving the overall efficiency of our service desk operations.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Previous experience in a service desk or help desk environment is preferred, along with knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
