Job Description
Join Pure Hong Kong as our new VP of IBD Compliance. You will provide compliance advisory to the Investment Banking Division, Equity Capital Markets, and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. Your responsibilities include tracking regulatory changes, overseeing control room duties, and enhancing internal controls.
Candidates should have over 5 years of compliance experience in a reputable bank, a degree in Law, Finance, or related fields, and a strong understanding of MAS regulations. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
