Job Description

No headcount for visa. We’re seeking a meticulous and independent individual to join The Style Soiree team as a Customer Service Executive.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer emails efficiently and thoughtfully.
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
• Processing exchanges and returns.
• Upholding customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Strong command of English and basic Excel skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be Singaporean citizen aged 18-29.

Compensation: $2,500.00 – $3,500.00 per month, with various benefits.
