Job Description
PTC SYSTEM (S) PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our sales teams. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices, and liaising with customers and vendors regarding delivery and installation schedules. You will also update our ERP software, prepare reports for the Admin/Finance Manager, and manage accounts receivable for the sales teams.
The ideal candidate should possess at least “O” Level qualifications with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. A passion for service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
