Job Description
Company is looking for a Customer Service Engineer to support our Autonomous Mobile Robot product. Our mobile robots are mainly used in the semiconductor industry. These robots intelligently navigate around people and obstacles to perform assigned tasks, addressing the manpower shortage faced by our customers.
With detailed planning and smart deployment, our product helps customers transition to lights-off manufacturing and achieve operations without human operators. None of this would be possible without our engineers.
Job Scope:
- Perform equipment installation, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Conduct training for end-users.
- Coordinate logistics and perform stock audits.
- Support the sales team in delivering technical presentations.
- Interact with headquarters in Taiwan using Mandarin.
- Apply strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Possess basic computer network skills.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with users at all levels.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work in cleanroom environments.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- No working visa available.
