Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to join our team at Domestic Maid Specialist. Candidates must possess a wealth of work experience, specifically in supervisory roles. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership abilities, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficient problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities include setting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for employees, organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities, overseeing and coaching team members, and enforcing safety guidelines as well as company standards. The position requires early starts from 4 AM and availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
