Job Description
POWERFLOW PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our Director and team in various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring weekly submission due dates for inspection reports and Single-Line Diagrams.
- Preparing single-line diagrams for submission to EMA.
- Overseeing AD and simple invoicing.
- Preparing quotations and various reports.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and vendors for servicing and material acquisition.
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Director.
