Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Admin Executive to be a part of our expanding team. As we grow beyond Singapore into SE Asia and the Middle East, your role will be crucial in managing office operations and enhancing client relationships.
Responsibilities: Handle client arrangements, maintain office hygiene, manage supplies, and oversee travel plans. You’ll also organize team events and festive greetings.
Requirements: Diploma in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $3,00.00 – $3,500.00 per month, Monday to Friday, in-person.
