Job Description
HK MARINE PTE LTD is seeking two (2) General Admin to support our provision supply business.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry
- Preparing quotations for clients
- Issuing purchase orders to vendors
- Creating invoices
- Verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders
- Coordinating with business personnel
- Collaborating with the accounts team
- Communicating with suppliers
