Job Description
SKINLAB THE MEDICAL SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to support various recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the verification and calculation of commissions for operative staff. You will manage work pass applications, ensure data accuracy in the HRM system, and address employee inquiries regarding leave and commissions.
In addition, you will facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and manage the inventory of pantry supplies. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy supporting team operations, we would love to hear from you!
