Job Description
1. Overseeing full operations in the retail shop.
2. Be responsible for the daily coordination, improvement, and execution of all food manufacturing operations; overseeing, planning, quality control, and maintenance.
3. Accountable for cost management including equipment efficiencies, waste, direct labor and materials, whilst generating reports on these financial targets and other KPI’s.
4. Managing the store’s employees, including hiring, performance evaluation, scheduling, and assigning duties.
