Job Description
VENTURER GROUP CORPORATE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to enhance our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage digital mailroom & document control
- Attend phone calls and front desk duties
- Maintain customer database and prepare documents
- Handle office maintenance and stationery supplies
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- ‘O’ Level/ITE/Diploma/Fresh graduates welcomed
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
