Job Description
ONESECURE ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our Director in customer acquisition activities. This position involves direct interaction with clients and may require occasional face-to-face meetings.
The role includes:
- Arranging meetings and scheduling appropriate times
- Drafting and formatting relevant documents
- Creating agendas and taking meeting notes
- Following up with customers and preparing quotations
Requirements: Strong office skills, attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong communication abilities are essential. Candidates must be able to work independently and manage confidential information effectively.
