Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To market, promote, and recruit SNEF membership.
- Build good rapport and relations with members through events/training/workshops.
- Maintain member’s data in the membership system.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in outreach and marketing.
- Experience in stakeholders’ engagement.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team, as well as with different stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possesses good organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work quickly under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Experience in or exposure to CRM database maintenance, analytics, and data protection policies/processes and compliance would be an advantage.
