Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, external partners, and internal operations at HEADHUNTERS HQ PTE. LTD. You will efficiently manage patient flow, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service while promoting our clinic services.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Bilingual proficiency is required.
