Job Description
WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Jewellery Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items that align with their preferences. You will share key product information regarding gemstones, metals, and jewelry maintenance.
Your responsibilities will also include maintaining a tidy and organized jewelry display, processing customer transactions using the POS system efficiently, and addressing customer inquiries, issues, and returns professionally. Staying updated on jewelry trends and styles will enable you to provide informed advice to our valued customers.
