HCN CONTRACTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Architectural Coordinator to oversee architectural designs, collaborate with project stakeholders, and ensure compliance with building regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate project documentation, prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD, and provide regular progress reports to management.

Roles & Duties:

• Manage architectural designs and project documentation.
• Collaborate with team members for accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings.
• Attend architectural meetings as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in residential construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
