Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain customer records and databases
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
