Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts (AR, AP & GL) for subsidiaries of an established listed company;
• Handle fixed assets registers, petty cash and staff claims;
• Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly management reports;
• Assist with annual budget and quarterly forecast;
• Perform costing and variance analysis;
• Assist in cashflow projections;
• Corporate tax computation;
• Prepare quarterly GST submission;
• Handle external and internal audit matters;
• Debts collection and credit control;
• Manage full set of accounts for a dormant company;
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

Prerequisite

• Diploma/degree in accountancy or ACCA;
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment preferred;
• Independent, meticulous, analytical, and hands-on;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Positive learning attitude;
