Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual for the Main Lobby Office Admin position at ST Recruitment Centre, located in the Changi area. This role requires working rotating shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM or 10:45 AM to 8 PM, across a 5-day work week.

Your primary responsibilities will include answering telephone calls, managing enquiries about the company’s facilities and event bookings, providing membership services, processing incoming payments, and administering lost and found items. Additional administrative tasks will be assigned by the Head of Department as needed.
