Job Description
YUE SHOW PTE. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Admin to join our team. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The ideal candidate will assist in standardizing and supervising various systems processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily office hygiene, reviewing contracts, managing office licenses and materials, and overseeing supplier relationships. Additionally, the Admin will aid in planning daily affairs, filling reimbursement documents, managing inventory, and assessing personnel attendance.
This position is open to Singaporean candidates only.
