Job Description
Join our growing team at Thomson Medical Pte Ltd as a Medical Records Clerk working a 5-day work week. In this pivotal role, you will maintain accurate medical records, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee smooth flow and quality filing of medical records.
- Ensure proper storage and traceability of case notes.
- Retrieve and coordinate delivery of case notes.
- Scan/fax requested documents according to policy.
- Document irregularities in filing.
- Digitalize case notes and manage storage of scanned images.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum O-level or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar administrative role in healthcare.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently.
