The British Club is seeking a dynamic Sports & Recreation Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Sports & Recreation Centre and Pro-Shop. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with Sports Sub-Committees, Conveners, and Members.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering a wide range of sporting activities and programs.
• Introducing new sports initiatives for member engagement.
• Managing the budget to ensure financial health.
• Maintaining high standards for facilities and equipment.
• Evaluating and overseeing coaching staff and programs.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sports Science & Management with 5 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of current sports trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
