Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Reservations Officer to manage Room Sales through phone and correspondence, ensuring accurate guest information and error-free data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to all correspondence within 24 hours.
- Answer calls promptly within 3 rings.
- Recommend suitable packages.
- Perform follow-ups and upsell.
- Input bookings into PMS daily.
Key Requirements: Min. 1 year in hotel industry, proficient with computers, fluent in English, excellent telephone etiquette.
