Job Description
Target Partners Executive Search is seeking a Corporate Finance Sponsorship Manager to join our client’s Continuing Sponsorship team. Our client is a well-established Capital Market Services (CMS) license holder, recognized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and a Full Sponsor approved by the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Key Responsibilities: You will manage a portfolio of companies listed on the Catalist board, review financial documents, advise on corporate governance, and interact with clients and regulators.
Requirements: A recognized degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance with at least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or related fields is required.
