PRABA MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY is seeking a dedicated Management Executive to lead and maintain our proposed cleaning projects. The successful candidate will prepare daily work schedules, maintain various equipment and machines, and handle repairs and troubleshooting as needed.

The role requires the ability to lead a team effectively, prepare daily reports for the operations manager, and be willing to learn about equipment handling. Candidates must be open to rotating shifts, and off days may not fall on weekends. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary, including the possibility of working extra hours, night shifts, and split shifts.
