Working Hours: Mon-Sat (Sun off + alternate 1 weekday off)

Responsibilities:

• Attend to clients’ queries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Manage records and register clients.
• Process transactions and generate invoices.
• Oversee administrative duties.
• Run the Call Centre for events.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent computer skills; fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa.
• Customer-oriented and approachable personality.
