Job Description
CEELECT AVIATION PTE. LTD. is currently seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative duties, including day-to-day operations, responding to customer inquiries, and managing correspondence. You will handle incoming emails and prepare quotations or tenders as needed. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for generating invoices, delivery orders, and sales orders using MYOB, while ensuring proper documentation and filing procedures are maintained. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
