Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Chef to join our culinary team. As a Master Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of dishes are served to our guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating innovative and delicious menu items
- Supervising and training kitchen staff
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Managing inventory and cost control
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Master Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of culinary arts and different cooking techniques
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Creativity and passion for food
