Job Description

ERIC ONG & ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Property Officer to oversee the daily operations of our Buildings and Condominiums. Responsibilities include ensuring contract compliance, managing project work, addressing resident complaints, and assisting the Condominium Manager with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant experience, a Higher NITEC or Diploma in Facilities Management or related fields, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of $2,500.00 – $3,500.00.
