Job Description
Join Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as a VP/AVP in our Research & Regulation department. In this role, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards by validating DTCC report submissions and detecting anomalies across (sub)asset classes and lifecycle events. Your responsibilities will include performing process reviews, ensuring controls are effectively implemented, tracing trades, and supporting stakeholders in regulatory matters.
We seek candidates with commercial experience in wholesale banking, preferably with a background in DTCC reporting and regulatory compliance. A university degree in Accountancy or Chartered Accountancy is required.
