Job Description
This position will be a member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing building engineering services. The role includes hands-on maintenance of ACMV, plumbing systems, and property finishes. You will also inspect contractors’ works, assist with tenant requests, and generate defect inspection reports while managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
