Job Description
H&H Manpower PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven background in supervision and must be familiar with company policies and legal guidelines in the field.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work longer hours and on weekends/PH
Responsibilities:
- Set objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow and oversee employee performance
- Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines
