Job Responsibilities:

• Manage roster planning and prepare monthly service reports.
• Handle customer queries and oversee staff attendance.
• Manage the Toolstore operations, ensuring tool serviceability.
• Monitor consumables and report defective tools promptly.
• Assist with any other operational matters as needed.

Job Requirements:

• ‘O’ Level or NITEC/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management with 1-3 years of experience.
• Experience in managing tool cribs and staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Word/Excel and good leadership skills are essential.
