We are seeking a dedicated Facility Administrator to join our team at NOV Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of reception duties, including managing the telephone switchboard, greeting visitors, and providing safety inductions. Additional responsibilities include preparing access control cards, organizing transport and accommodations for employees, and maintaining office supplies. You will also provide executive support and assist in facility maintenance across our Singapore locations. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail.
