Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Office Admin to join our team at ONYO ENGINEERING PTE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing invoices, updating quotation records, and maintaining workers’ databases. Furthermore, the role includes managing the receipt of goods, arranging deliveries to site, and issuing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to workers.
Additional responsibilities involve data entry for vendor invoices and organizing scanned documents in folders.
Ideal applicants should possess knowledge of office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and MYOB software.
